Activity description: Reflection on Homeless People
During the presentation, we will address various aspects about people experiencing homelessness, including causes, challenges, and how the community can help by interacting with these participants in an active way.
Goals:
The activity aims to promote critical reflection on the conjecture of people experiencing homelessness, encouraging students to reconsider their initial perceptions after an informative presentation on the topic.

Brief biographies of the speakers:
Cristian Georgescu was born in 1978 in Romania.
He is a Gypsy, was homeless, drug user and it was in Porto that he was reborn. It is in this city that he rewrites his history as an Activist and Peer Educator. The charisma that characterizes him is combined with the determination to bring change to the lives of those who today are going through much of what was in their past. Cris is the central character of Saber Compreender (https://sabercompreender.org/), he is the fighter who presides over it.
Dora Filipa Matos was born in 1982 in Porto.
She defines herself as a Mother, Woman, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Feminist, Tripeira and Human Rights Activist.
It was on the streets and in volunteering that she saw her struggle being rewarded.In two words, Dora defines herself as determined and a fighter.
